Tilly, the dog, Bertie, the cat, and I offer you a warm welcome on your arrival. Le Noyer is a cosy comfortable completely self contained and fully equipped gite for two with its own private garden. Whilst the gite is primarily for two, items suitable for children up to the age of 24 months can be provided if required. Eg: a cot, high chair and a stair gate can be provided. Well behaved pets are welcome. The front door leads into the open plan sitting room and kitchen diner. The sitting area has a double sofa and padded seat, together with a television, DVD and CD player. There is a selection of DVDs and board games provided. To ensure your comfort and warmth on cooler evening there is a calor gas log effect stove. WFI is available. The kitchen area contains all that you will need to make yourself at home. There is a combination microwave, a gas hob, a toaster and a kettle, a dishwasher, an automatic washing machine, an airing rack suitable for drying together with clothes pegs. A dining table and chairs complete the kitchen area. The rear door leads to the patio garden. The garden is at the rear of the property and gives you total privacy enabling you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Enjoy the evening sun, or shelter from the rain, in the small summer house which is equipped with chairs and a table. There is a barbeque should you wish eat al fresco. The stairs leading off the sitting room take you to the bedroom and en suite shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and ample drawer space. There is a single panelled radiator fixed to the wall should you require extra warmth. The bathroom is well appointed with the usual offices together with a heated towel rail.

The gite has a washing machine, and a Wi-Fi connection (1mb). The stairs lead to an En-suite bedroom with a king-sized double bed. The En-suite has a wash-basin, WC and shower. The gite is set back from the road in a quiet location behind a farmhouse. There is a bakery within walking distance.

I welcome my guests with a complementary basket of Regional Butter, Cheese, Cider. Bread, Eggs, Homemade Jam or Marmalade, and Milk, Handy if your ferry arrives late on saturday night.
