Hope Cottage is the central, main section of the barn and it features a very large open plan living room (6 x 12M) with lovely exposed beams and two large comfortable sofas situated around the open fireplace and large flat screen TV. The elegant raised dining area with its large French Oak table makes an excellent 8 seater setting for family meals. The recently refurbished kitchen area features a central breakfast bar / island unit with gas hob. The electric oven/grill, fridge-freezer and dishwasher etc are all close at hand for all your food preparation requirements (note: some furnishing/fittings shown in photos are subject to change).

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with exposed beams, all of which have lovely views over the countryside to the south. Also upstairs is a fully renovated luxury bathroom with bath/shower facilities - an additional toilet/cloakroom is located downstairs. All rooms have exposed wooden floors with rugs and electric heating. Outside, Hope Cottage has its own sun terrace area, charcoal BBQ and garden furniture and full use of the new swimming pool and large communial gardens. Sky satellite TV (offering free-to-air channels) and a DVD player are also included.

Note: a 'damages' cash deposit of £250 (or 300 euros) is required when booking the Hope Cottage house. This will be held against any accidental damage/breakages to the property/contents that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be refunded in full at the time of departure if no damage has occured. The deposit is payable in advance or, upon arrival prior to access.
