Esperance: this cottage has a large open plan living room with comfortable sofas/sofa-bed situated around the log burner, a dining area with table/chairs for 6 and a newly refurbished kitchen with gas cooker /fridge-freezer/ dishwasher etc included. There is also a compact pool/table tennis table available for those indoor sporty moments! Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with exposed beams, both of which have spectacular views over the countryside to the south. The master bedroom features a large built in wardorbe/cupboard offering plenty of storage space for clothing etc. Also upstairs is a fully renovated luxury shower/toilet room. The multi-function shower cubicle features a 'tub' which can be used for baby/toddler/children's bathtime. There is an additional renovated toilet/cloakroom downstairs. The sleeping accomodation is newly decorated and all rooms have exposed wooden floors with rugs. Electric heating is fitted in every room.

Sky satellite TV (offering free-to-air channels) and a DVD player are also included.

Outside, Esperance has its own sun terrace area, charcoal BBQ and garden furniture and full use of the new swimming pool and large communal lawned gardens which are enclosed.
