Rue Bertiniere is a converted traditional Cotentin stone cottage in the longere style. Newly refurbished to a for the 2013 season in a modern style it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, and is equipped with a cot, high chair and stair gate for toddlers. The ground floor comprises the living room with , comfortable sofa and armchair & TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. Next to the living area is a separate kitchen with dining area. A microwave is provided along with a gas hob, cooker and fridge/freezer.There is a ground floor WC and shower room

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with two single beds (90cm). The house is double-glazed, and has central heating which makes it also comfortable for autumn and winter bookings.

The private garden has a terrace with garden furniture, Deck chairs, and a BBQ. The separate parking area will comfortably fit three cars.

Please bring your own tea towels, towels, and bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided.

All electricity, gas and water costs are included in the cost of the rental
