"Cottage Lafosse" is a charming detached cottage with its’ own terrace and mini-harbour complete with romantic rowing boat, situated in the heart of the gardens behind the main Château building. Originally designed as the "boulangerie" (bakery), Cottage Lafosse is an ideal retreat for a couple, but can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Ground floor accommodation :

- Living/dining room with woodburner and modulable furniture functioning either as
2 sofas, a single bed and a sofa, or bunk beds depending on your requirements.
- Bathroom ; bath with shower attachment , toilet and washbasin.
- kitchenette

Mezzanine : - A double bed and storage under the eaves, an arched window gives views into the gardens.

General equipment and facilities :

The kitchen is equipped with a mini oven and 2 electric rings, fridge, kettle, and all necessary utensils and basics to make you feel at home. There is also a bbq on the terrace. All bedrooms have ample storage space. All beds have mattress protectors, duvets, pillows and spare blankets. Clothes washing facilities are situated just off the courtyard. A large communal hall and extra shower room (useful after the beach) are also available.

Guests have access to the spacious and secluded historic gardens, boats, tennis court, sports equipment and mountain bikes. We have WIFI (though access is sometimes compromised by the ancient stone walls!)
