Our irish
gipsy caravans or "Roulottes" are parked in a field,
next to the chateau, with views into the grounds and over the
open countryside of the marais. Traditionally decorated on the
exterior, and newly converted on the interior, they offer all the
charm and simplicity of a camping holiday, with an added level
of comfort and access to all the Chateau facilities.
Each roulotte (Gyspy
caravan) can sleep up to 4 in 1 double bed, plus 2 singles. The double bed
converts into seating & dining during the day.
Two ring gas burner stove &
a BBQ plus all necessary cooking equipment. A cold box is provided which
can be stored under the wagon along with a water container. There is a table,
sink, hanging space & cupboards.
All linen, towels and cleaning are
included. Outdoor tables & chairs are stored under the caravan.
Clothes
washing facilities are situated just off the courtyard. A large communal hall and
extra shower room (useful after the beach) are also available.
